Returns & Refunds
We will accept returns if the item purchased was not as described and we must be notified within 1 day of being received that there is an issue. Discounted or marked-down items are not eligible for return. You must contact us before shipping your item back to be given a return authorization. If you do not, your return will be refused and sent back to you. Please call 225-228-4048 or email mitch@forwardmotionms.com to start this process. All items MUST BE unopened, unused, and in the original packaging it was received in. Test fitting of a wheel is allowed but a tire MUST NOT be mounted, if a tire is mounted there is not possibility of return. If it is not you will not be able to return or exchnage the item for any reason whatsoever.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in brand new, unused condition. There is a 25% restocking fee on all items and is calculated off of the selling price of the item or items. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund (shipping charges are separate from the restocking fee and are not refunded). Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs or credit card fees EVER. Insuring your package is recommended and if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are at our discretion and reserve the right to refuse or accept any of the aforementioned instances. We look at these situations on a case by case basis.
